Job Description

Director of Sales & Marketing Location:
Virginia Salary:
$120,000
  • $125,000 annually + 2%
Room Nights Revenue Incentive Benefits:
MDV, PTO, 401
(k), relocation assistance
Property Description:
Luxury boutique hotel and globally recognized dining destination known for exceptional service, refined experiences, and award-winning hospitality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Sales & Marketing leadership experience in luxury or boutique hospitality.
  • Strong background in revenue strategy, digital marketing, and luxury brand positioning.
Requirements:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to grow occupancy, market share, and RevPAR.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel advisors, event planners, and luxury travel partners.
  • Lead brand marketing, PR initiatives, and digital campaigns while mentoring and guiding the sales and marketing team.

  • Valid U.
