Company Overview Large Ford and Isuzu dealership that serves the South King and Pierce County area. Summary We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our fleet sales operations, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships with businesses. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses. Negotiate contracts and pricing with fleet customers. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fleet offerings. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B or fleet vehicle environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automobile sales processes is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for customer service and relationship building.
