We're looking for a motivated, organized Sales Manager to help manage transactions from contract to closing and sell properties to our network of real estate investors. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who enjoys sales, real estate, customer service, and problem-solving. You'll communicate with sellers, investors, agents, title/escrow, and our internal team while making sure deals stay organized and continue moving forward. We're looking for someone who takes ownership and naturally thinks, "How can we make this work?" when challenges arise. Responsibilities Manage multiple real estate transactions from contract through closing. Communicate with sellers, investors, agents, title/escrow, and other parties. Answer client questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction. Track deadlines, documents, appointments, and outstanding items. Market available properties to our investor network and follow up with interested buyers. Learn investor buying criteria and match buyers with appropriate properties. Negotiate offers and terms. Build and maintain relationships with investors. Identify potential problems and develop creative solutions to keep deals moving. Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in our CRM. Who We're Looking For Experience in sales and/or real estate is required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Confident on the phone and comfortable negotiating. Persistent, proactive, and comfortable following up. Creative problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a team. Real estate investment, transaction coordination, acquisitions/dispositions, title/escrow, or similar experience is a plus. Licensed real estate agents are encouraged to apply, but a license is not required.

5% of the company's commission on every successfully closed deal Community Home Offers typically closes approximately 3-10 transactions per month (or more), although volume varies. This position is ideal for someone who wants to play an important role in getting deals across the finish line and be financially rewarded when they do.
