I am looking for highly motivated individual who have a passion for fitness, teachable mindset, and great attitude! This is a Sales and Marketing position. No experience is needed! We teach everything in the gym and a lot of it is hands on. Daily sales training topics are taught and we also teach a lot of product knowledge when it comes to overall fitness and health. We can help with fast track management as well in case your looking at wanting to build a career in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Help potential members get started on a membership 2. Build value in having a healthy lifestyle through our sales process and having great product knowledge of fitness 3. Make calls to guests that are interested in the gym and have them come in for a tour to help them get started on a membership 4. be able to generate our own leads through outside and inside marketing to help produce new memberships 5. Help keep the gym clean 6. We offer personal training services at our gym as well. If we build enough value to having someone help them reach their goal we can help new members get set up on a personal training program. 7. We opened a Pilates studio inside our gym. we also help members and guests with getting them into a Pilates class. We help build value about doing Pilates on a consistent basis to also help our members and guests reach their goals as well.
