We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth for our welcoming senior living community in Spokane Valley, Washington . As our Sales & Marketing Director, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through one of life's most important decisions while building strong community partnerships and driving census growth. What You'll Do Lead all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and exceed occupancy goals. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organizations. Conduct community tours and provide an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in. Plan and host marketing events, open houses, and community outreach activities. Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up in the CRM system. Collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders to deliver an outstanding resident experience. What We're Looking For Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field. Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
