Full-Time Make a Difference While Growing Our Community We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to join our senior living community in Spokane, WA. This position is responsible for driving occupancy, developing strong relationships within the local community, and helping families discover the value and quality of life our community provides. The ideal candidate is an energetic relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people, developing referral partnerships, and guiding prospective residents and their families through the senior living decision-making process. What You'll Do Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Manage the sales process from the initial inquiry through move-in. Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Conduct tours of the community and confidently communicate our services, amenities, and lifestyle. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, texts, and personal outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, physicians, senior organizations, and other community referral sources. Represent the community at local events, networking opportunities, senior-focused organizations, and community activities. Plan and participate in outreach events and marketing initiatives that generate new leads. Maintain accurate lead and sales activity information in the company's CRM or sales tracking system. Monitor market conditions, competition, and local trends to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the Executive Director and other department leaders to support occupancy and resident retention goals. Partner with the community team to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective residents and their families. Meet or exceed established sales and occupancy goals. What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or another relationship-based industry is preferred. Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with prospective residents and referral partners. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Professional and compassionate approach when working with seniors and their families. Ability to work collaboratively with a community leadership team. Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and CRM or lead-tracking systems. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
