Located in Salmon Creek, Fortitude Fitness offers a comprehensive approach to health and wellness with open gym access, CrossFit, MMA training, a smoothie bar, ice bath and sauna, massage services, and more. We're dedicated to providing every fitness and nutrition modality to the public, and we need a driven Sales Manager to help us reach our growth goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales strategies to drive new memberships and retain clients.
• Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms to present offers and promote our services.
• Collaborate with current staff and train understaffed team members in sales techniques.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to refine outreach strategies.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead training for understaffed team members.
