Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Facilitating steps of the sales process, such as interviews, vehicle selection, test drives and financing. Communicate effectively both in-person, over the phone and via email to discover the customer's needs. Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles. Serve as an advocate for Southworth Chevrolet Buick GMC by sharing what makes us the smart choice. Seek out opportunities to follow-up with customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating teamwork. Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. Work along side other managers to set goals and work towards objectives Appraise customers trade-ins and compile competitive market based offers. Lead, Motive and coach sales staff to expand their knowledge through continuous training, meetings and one on one coaching. Hold sales team accountable and ensure they are using best practices. Promote opportunities to improve processes and performance. Manage inventory by ensuring vehicles are being reconditioned properly and controlling aged inventory. Qualifications Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a huge plus but NOT required. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing Have quality customer service skills Possess strong communication skills Valid driver's license and driving record that is acceptable to our policies. Maintaining professional appearance. Great with computers and technology.
