Area Supervisor

Apply on: Careers | Ross Stores 2 years of Management Experience minimum A Ross Stores Area Supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: Lead and motivate a team of associates to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided Monitor store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed in accordance with Ross Stores standards Train and develop associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills Typically will be a closing supervisor. i.e. 2p-10pm and on weekends until 11 pm excluding holiday hours.
