Job Description

Key Purpose:
The Territory Manager is a sales position responsible for achieving growth budget, increasing market share, managing expenses and following company policies and procedures. This position will professionally represent Gallagher Animal Management within a specific territory of the United States. The territory for this position includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. The ideal candidate would live in close proximity to La Crosse, WI or Dubuque, IA. What You'll Be Doing Grow sales and market share across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois by building strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and end users. Execute territory sales plans and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth. Travel extensively throughout the territory (50-75%, including overnight travel) to provide on-farm consultation, product demonstrations, training, and technical support. Partner with dealers to support merchandising, inventory management, promotions, and demand-generation activities. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing troubleshooting expertise and product recommendations. Manage territory operations by maintaining CRM activity records, tracking sales performance, monitoring competitor activity, and managing expenses within budget. Represent Gallagher professionally at customer visits, trade shows, meetings, and industry events. What You'll Bring Previous territory sales experience, preferably within agriculture, livestock, animal management, or a related industry. A proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivering results. A competitive drive to win business and grow accounts while building long-term customer relationships. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and work independently. Strong organizational skills with the discipline to stay on top of CRM updates, planning, and administrative responsibilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screen.
