Personal Lines Account Manager R&R Insurance - Waukesha, WI Are you a Personal Lines professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a book of business, and helping clients truly understand their coverage? R&R Insurance is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you'll manage your own book of business, support renewals, and serve as a trusted resource for clients navigating their insurance needs. You'll play a key role in delivering the high-touch service experience R&R is known for while continuing to grow your technical expertise and industry knowledge. What You'll Do Manage and service a personal lines book of business, building strong client relationships Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, coverage reviews, and policy changes Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and applications with carrier partners Review policies with clients and proactively identify coverage gaps or additional needs Support the renewal process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client goals Quote new business and remarket accounts as needed Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver solutions Maintain strong organization and follow-through across tasks and client requests
What You'll Bring Licensing:
Active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
Experience:
3+ years of insurance agency or carrier experience, ideally in personal lines and a client-facing role
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, etc.) is a plus
Communication:
Clear, professional communication with strong client-facing presence
Organization:
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Problem Solving:
Comfortable navigating client needs, resolving issues, and knowing when to leverage additional resources
