We are looking for a people-focused, driven individual to join our sales team within an assigned territory. At Auto-Wares, we strive to lead the aftermarket industry with trusted automotive parts, knowledgeable teams, and a people-centered culture. We work diligently to ensure that we provide our customers with the parts and solutions that keep them moving. Through this role, you will become an integral part of accomplishing this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold our company values of being people-focused, reliable, driven, and embracing the "One Team" philosophy in every daily task, fostering collaboration and unity to achieve shared success. Drive profitable sales growth by executing an effective territory call schedule and identifying new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective accounts. Prospect for new accounts and identify strategic stocking opportunities using available sales tools and resources. Promote Auto-Wares programs and services, including the Certified Service Center (CSC) program, while recruiting and supporting new members. Collaborate with Store Managers, District Managers, General Managers, and vendor partners to maximize territory performance. Monitor and communicate market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to leadership. Document customer interactions and sales activity utilizing company systems and tools. Attend required training programs, customer events, and sales meetings to remain current on products, programs, and industry developments.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales, territory management, business development, or similar role. Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts. Proficiency with technology, including tablets, computers, Microsoft Office, and sales-related software applications. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a professional attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of accountability.
