Heiser Automotive Group is seeking to hire a Sales Manager with prior dealership and sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a customer friendly attitude, computer skills, and be a self-starter and team player. The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. Responsibilities Work directly with Sales team members and customers to help enhance the sales process and produce sales
Build rapport with customers to establish and maintain customer network
Work together with Management team to develop advertising campaigns

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Domestic experience a plus
Customer Satisfaction driven
Minimum 5+ years of experience in an automotive sales department
Minimum 1+ year(s) automotive dealership experience
Minimum 1+ year(s) automotive management experience
Valid and clean WI Driver's License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Internet experienced
Vin Solutions CRM capabilities a plus
Capable of taking ownership of a stable and experienced sales floor
Gross as well as volume capable
Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
