We're seeking a servant leader who is actively involved on the sales floor, coaching in real time, developing talent, and creating an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. What You'll Do As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a culture where people thrive and results follow.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Be present on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching, support, and leadership.
- Create an environment where guests receive an extraordinary shopping experience from beginning to end.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their needs and ensuring they receive the best solutions.
- Analyze key business metrics and use data to drive performance and improve results.
- Present sales, revenue, and forecasting reports to leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitive opportunities.
- Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales Management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing successful sales teams. Skills & Qualifications

Schedule:
