What You'll Do As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a culture where people thrive and results follow.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Be present on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching, support, and leadership.
  • Create an environment where guests receive an extraordinary shopping experience from beginning to end.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their needs and ensuring they receive the best solutions.
  • Analyze key business metrics and use data to drive performance and improve results.
  • Present sales, revenue, and forecasting reports to leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitive opportunities.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales Management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing successful sales teams. Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to drive results while maintaining a positive team culture.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process from strategy through execution.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to influence and inspire team members at all levels.
Compensation $80,000 - $100,000+ annually Compensation is performance-based and includes bonuses, providing top performers with significant earning potential.
Schedule:
Average 50 hours per week. Weekend and Holiday availability required. Typically off Sunday and Wednesday. Benefits We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our guests.
