Carter Myers Automotive Group is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our Virginia retail automotive dealership. You will drive new and used vehicle sales, develop strategies to hit volume and profitability goals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the sales team, managing inventory mix and pricing, overseeing CRM and lead processes, and partnering closely with finance and service.
