Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with food orders, retail sales, and inquiries at the front counter Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items or products to enhance sales opportunities Prepare simple food items as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, food prep areas, and equipment sanitation Handle cash register operations with precision, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and change handling Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling procedures, and kitchen safety guidelines Qualifications No experience needed but is preferred Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential Proven ability in food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking between cashier duties and food service responsibilities Experience with food safety management practices including sanitation, bussing, and proper storage procedures Retail or café experience is a plus; a background in the food industry or restaurant experience will help you excel in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable customer experiences!
