This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, optimize system performance, and ensure the security and reliability of our enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Duties Develop and implement system architecture designs for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Manage and support server environments including Windows Server, Linux, VMware ESXi, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Configure and administer critical infrastructure components such as RAID controllers, firewalls, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and load balancers to ensure optimal network performance. Automate routine tasks through scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python, and Shell Scripting to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Monitor system health using performance tuning techniques; troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, storage management, and network connectivity. Oversee system backup and recovery processes to safeguard data integrity; implement disaster recovery plans aligned with business continuity strategies. Collaborate on software implementation projects utilizing DevOps practices with tools like Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management systems. Support systems & applications by providing technical troubleshooting support; manage Active Directory environments; ensure information security protocols are followed. Design solutions leveraging microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra, and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server. Participate in Agile development cycles; contribute to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes; support system tuning for high availability and load balancing. Qualifications Proven experience with RAID controller management and storage solutions in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture principles, and system design methodologies. Hands-on experience with Pegasystems or similar BPM (Business Process Management) platforms is a plus. Extensive knowledge of system administration across Windows Server (including Active Directory management), Linux/Unix systems, and virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi or Hyper-V. Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash (Unix shell), PowerShell, Python; familiarity with automation tools like Jenkins or Git for CI/CD workflows. Expertise in network security concepts including firewalls, VPNs, DNS management, DHCP configuration, REST APIs, and information security best practices. Experience supporting cloud services such as AWS or Azure; knowledge of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is advantageous. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware/software layers; perform performance tuning for optimal system operation. Strong foundation in computer science principles related to operating systems (Windows/Linux), database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle), and system architecture design.
