Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, handles transactions accurately, and helps maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the front counter Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately Answer customer questions and assist with product inquiries Keep the front counter area clean, stocked, and organized Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards Support other team members and assist with daily operations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends or evenings, if needed) Basic math and cash-handling skills Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Must be able to pass a drug screen
