Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Assist customers with product demos, upselling items to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash handling duties accurately, including cash drawer management and basic math calculations Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure attractive displays and proper inventory levels Conduct stocking activities, including unloading deliveries and maintaining stockroom organization Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring store cleanliness and safety standards Qualifications Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred, with knowledge of retail store product displays and merchandising techniques Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to serve a diverse customer base effectively Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate sales processing Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus for team support roles Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and customer service best practices Familiarity with stock management procedures and basic inventory control methods Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with proactive communication abilities Join us in creating an energetic shopping environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority!
