Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor and register area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Upsell products and promote special offers
• Assist with stock replenishment, pricing and inventory management
• Merchandise product for best presentation
• Sense of Urgency to get product priced, on the shelves and drive sales

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain an orderly checkout area
• Knowledge of technology products to assist customers with their purchases
• Effective time management to ensure efficient checkout process
• Proficient in cash handling procedures, including counting, giving change, and processing payments
• Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Upselling skills to encourage customers to purchase additional items or upgrades
• Basic understanding of retail math for accurate pricing and discounts
• Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
• Proven sales experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Bilingual skills (e.
