Job Description
Join our team as a Team Member
- Service/Cashier, where you will be the friendly face and efficient operator at our service counter.
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service at the cashier station and food prep areas
- Operate POS system for transactions and order processing
- Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations with accuracy during checkout
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and food handling zones through bussing and sanitation practices
- Assist with food preparation tasks including assembling orders, stocking supplies, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Support team members in serving customers quickly during busy periods in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting Skills
- Experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments with strong customer service skills is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members confidently
