Smoothie King Gilbert is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Team Member to join our Gilbert location. You'll make made-to-order smoothies and food items, operate the register, keep the store clean and stocked, and deliver fast, friendly service to every guest.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude; accurately prepare smoothies following recipe and portion standards; handle cash/POS transactions; maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; restock ingredients and supplies; support opening/closing duties as needed.

Requirements:

Must be 16+ years old; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; prior food service or customer service experience a plus but not required.
