Role:

Everbowl North Gilbert is expanding our squad! We serve handcrafted superfood acai bowls and smoothies loaded with clean, fresh ingredients. If you bring strong energy, customer-first hospitality, and thrive in an active, upbeat store environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep fresh fruit, superfood bases, and toppings to brand standards. Handcraft customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate the POS system and process customer transactions. Maintain clean prep stations, dining areas, and adherence to Maricopa County health codes. Deliver welcoming, high-energy customer service to the Gilbert community.

Qualifications:

Outgoing attitude, reliable attendance, and strong communication skills. Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented kitchen and counter setting. Weekend and afternoon/evening availability preferred; flexible scheduling accommodating local school/class routines.
