Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover. Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items by recommending popular or new products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, dining area and other space as needed to meet sanitation standards. Assist in assembling orders and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Manage retail sales transactions smoothly while providing excellent customer service throughout the guest experience. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong cashiering skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for processing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume customer flow effectively. Strong math skills for processing cash transactions and giving accurate change.
