Required Years of Experience 1 year Job Details Join our vibrant hotel restaurant team located in Anaheim, right next to Disneyland! As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that set the tone for our guests' day. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing breakfast classics with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. Flexibility to assist with lunch service is a plus. Unlike most restaurants, we also offer cooks an equal share of the tips earned during their shifts, recognizing the essential contribution you make through both your skill and your teamwork. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
Weekend availability is required

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Key Responsibilities Prepare food according to established specifications before and during service
Measure and portion ingredients accurately, following portion sizes and quality standards
Cook all menu items to proper specifications in a timely manner
Operate kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, pots, pans, steamers, grills, and ovens
Maintain correct food temperatures and ensure proper storage
Monitor freshness and quality of all ingredients and dishes
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked
Follow all health codes and sanitation regulations
Set up and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Apply waste control guidelines and record all waste
Perform additional duties as directed by management Job Qualifications Minimum of one year experience as a Prep Cook or Line Cook
Ability to read and follow recipes and food abbreviations
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate multiple orders quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Ability to follow procedures and take direction effectively
Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and adjusting recipe proportions
Weekend availability is required
