Duties Create eye-catching floral arrangements and bouquets tailored to customer preferences and occasions Assist customers in selecting flowers and related products, offering expert advice on floral design and plant care Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction Support gardening and landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including plant upkeep Keep the sales area clean, organized, and inviting to enhance the shopping experience for all visitors Qualifications Previous experience in floral design or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills in English.
