Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer food service orders, ensuring quick turnaround and high-quality service Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of orders Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while supporting overall food industry standards for quality and hygiene Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between cashiering and food prep tasks Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with retail sales transactions, upselling, and operating kitchen equipment is desirable A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every customer leaves happy!
