What You'll Do Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service. Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately. Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations when needed. Ensure all takeout and dine in orders are accurate before they leave the counter. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure fast and accurate service. Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and support other team members as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law. Reliable transportation. Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts that extend past 12:00 AM. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
