A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Laughter is literally part of the job! The Corona Improv is looking for friendly, outgoing, and energetic Box Office Attendants to join our team. Before you apply, take a look at the job duties below: Have a passion for true hospitality! Must love taking care of all guests! We strive to create a memorable experience for all patrons, so top-notch customer service is a must. Chat with guests and answer their questions over the phone. Receive payment information and directly input into the ticketing system. Get into your math groove as you will have to balance your money at the end of each shift. Get comfy and super familiar with all venue information to ensure you can answer guest questions. Partner with all team members to ensure the best possible experience is delivered to our guests.
Requirements:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork! Friendly, outgoing, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, especially nights and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with computers and or ticketing sales systems. 1 or more years of experience working in box office environments or working with guests in a hospitality environment. Sufficient Math and English abilities to ensure effectiveness with balancing your drawer and communicating with guests. Consistently demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor. About the
