We are a respected, world-class Mexican grocery brand entering a new era of café culture, specialty coffee, fresh-roasted beans, and hospitality rooted in warmth, heritage, and pride. As we launch multiple new cafés over the next two years, we're building a team that believes every interaction matters and every detail contributes to the guest experience. This role is the heartbeat of the front of house. You'll be one of the first people our guests meet and one of the last they see before they leave. While delivering warm, genuine hospitality, you'll also ensure our café stays fully stocked, organized, and ready to serve from open to close.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Guest Experience Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and hospitality. Accurately process orders and payments through the point-of-sale system. Answer questions about our menu, coffee, pastries, and retail products. Create an experience that makes every guest feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return. Front Counter Operations Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient front counter throughout the day. Prepare guest orders for pickup and coordinate with the bar team. Ensure merchandise, retail coffee, and displays remain clean and inviting. Support smooth guest flow during busy service periods. Stocking & Inventory Keep café stations fully stocked with cups, lids, milks, syrups, pastries, retail coffee, and supplies. Monitor inventory levels throughout the day and communicate replenishment needs. Receive, organize, and rotate deliveries using proper inventory procedures. Maintain clean, organized storage areas that support efficient operations. Café Operations Help maintain cleanliness throughout the café, dining room, and guest areas. Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times. Jump in wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly. Team & Culture Support baristas, shift leads, and café leadership with a positive, team-first attitude. Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates throughout every shift. Participate in training, tastings, and ongoing hospitality education. Help create a culture of accountability, respect, and genuine care. Be someone your teammates can count on every day.
