Duties Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash drawer handling and balancing registers at shift end Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Upsell products and promote store promotions or special offers to enhance the customer's shopping experience Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits of merchandise Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date Demonstrate phone etiquette by professionally handling incoming calls and assisting customers remotely when needed Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail environment preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations essential for efficient transaction processing Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions, making change, and performing retail math calculations accurately Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in advancing into leadership roles within the store team Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, and merchandising best practices preferred Join us and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
