Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Gas station/convenience store located in El Dorado Hills town center looking to hire for a full time position. The days and hours for this shift are Monday-Wednesday 1PM-9PM, Thursday 10AM-6PM, and Friday 6AM-1PM. The position includes working the register, stocking the cooler and other small duties around the store. Register experience is preferred but not required. Stocking the cooler requires the ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items, ensuring proper pricing and quantity
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Stock cooler
