Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Scan and process customer purchases accurately Handle cash, credit card, and other payments Keep the checkout area clean and organized Assist customers with basic questions and locating products Bag and organize purchases as needed Help with light stocking and other store duties when needed Follow company procedures for cash handling and customer service Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese Friendly and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic math and communication skills Able to stand for extended periods Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred, but not required Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, honest, efficient, and good with customers .
