Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Front of House team member to join our crew. This position is key to keeping our store running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll focus on cleaning, prepping, and closing duties to ensure the store is ready for the next day's service.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment. Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in the back of the store. Clean and sanitize soft-serve machines nightly. Organize and store food and supplies following the FIFO method. Assist in food prep (fruits, toppings, etc.). Restock supplies for the front of house as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines and cleaning checklists. Complete end-of-shift tasks and secure the store before leaving.

Requirements:

Must be available to work late shifts until 11:00 PM. Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Age 18 or older. No experience required — we will train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:

Good communication with team members. Basic math skills for handling occasional transactions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
