$18.00+ per hour, depending on experience Full-Time & Part-Time | Multiple Shifts Available We are a family-owned dry cleaning business in Escondido with a loyal, long-standing customer base. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and providing a friendly and pleasant work environment. We are looking for dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerks / Cashiers for our two Escondido locations in the 92026 and 92027 areas . Job Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with clothing drop-offs and pickups Enter and process customer orders using our POS system Tag incoming garments using our pre-printed tagging system Scan barcodes and organize garments on our rack system Locate customer orders and prepare completed garments for pickup Bag completed clothing and check orders for accuracy Process cash and credit card payments Answer customer questions and provide friendly, professional service Communicate special requests or instructions to our production team Keep the front counter and work area clean and organized What We're Looking For Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Organized and able to multitask Comfortable using a computer and learning a POS system Positive attitude and ability to work well with others No dry cleaning experience is necessary. We will provide training. Previous retail, cashier, restaurant, dry cleaning, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Students are welcome and encouraged to apply. Business Hours Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM - 6:30

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM - 3:30

PM Sunday:
