Conduct product demos when appropriate to showcase features and benefits to customers. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment. Upsell products by suggesting additional items or promotions to increase sales opportunities. Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via other communication channels. Support supervisory staff by supervising junior team members during shifts and helping ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential!
