## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cashier/Retail/Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. This position is in a wine, spirits, and beers retail environment, offering an exciting opportunity to interact with customers and showcase your sales skills. ## Duties- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges
- Promote store promotions and upselling products when appropriate
- Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise
- Janitorial duties include sweeping/mopping floors, deep cleaning and restocking restrooms, washing dishes/glassware, and managing all trash and recycling.
