This is a full-time position that requires open availability 7 days a week. You must be available to work any shift, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday are required every week). We understand that life happens — occasional time-off requests and planned exceptions are absolutely considered. But if you cannot commit to a full-time, open-availability schedule as your baseline, this role is not the right fit. We want to be upfront so we don't waste your time or ours.•

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet every guest promptly with warmth, attentiveness, and a positive attitude Take and process orders accurately using our POS system Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs Keep the front counter, dining room, patio, restrooms, and expo area clean and organized at all times Handle comps, voids, and guest concerns by immediately looping in a manager Follow all alcohol service regulations, including ID checks for guests who appear under 25 Stay productive during slow periods — restocking, cleaning, and supporting teammates Uphold all uniform, hygiene, and professionalism standards Minimize waste by following proper procedures and staying alert•

WHO YOU ARE

Friendly, patient, and able to stay positive in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator who works well with a team Reliable and punctual — you do what you say you're going to do Comfortable following food safety, cleanliness, and guest service protocols Someone who genuinely cares about doing good work Experience with cash handling or POS systems is a plus, but we will train the right person.
