Job Summary:

Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Promote sales by upselling menu items or suggesting add-ons
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Skills:

• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
