We strive to keep a clean and safe environment for all our guests who visit our park. Our indoor playground facility offers over 8,000 sq feet filled with a multi-level play structure, toddler specific play area, slides, ball pits and ball cannons, climbing obstacles and so much more! In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, operate POS systems, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Our staff's duties range from greeting and checking in our visitors, keeping equipment sanitized, stocking products, hosting birthday parties and enforcing our playground rules. Customer service with a smile is a must!

Park Operation Hours- Mon-Thurs:

10am-6pm

Fri-Sun:

10am-7pm Duties Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately. Manage customer transactions with professionalism, upselling items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling throughout your shift. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, playground equipment, and cafe areas in compliance with food safety standards. Contribute to opening and closing procedures, including preparing the facility for guests and helping secure and reset the space at the end of the day. Perform applicable janitorial duties, including routine cleaning, trash removal, restroom checks and cleaning, and maintaining a clean, safe environment throughout the facility. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, , and ensuring guest satisfaction. Enforcement of park and playground safety rules and playground observation Party hosting (unloading and setting up of customer party items, gather party guests, assist in facilitating food items and clean up) Requirements Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Must be punctual and have a reliable form of transportation to work Flexible weekday and weekend availability are preferred.
