What You'll Do As a Cashier at Fishhook Seafood, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Taking accurate orders in person and over the phone. Operating the POS system and processing cash and card payments. Answering customer questions about menu items. Double-checking orders for accuracy before handing them to customers. Packaging and organizing takeout and delivery orders. Keeping the front counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized. Restocking sauces, utensils, napkins, cups, and other front-of-house supplies. Communicating effectively with cooks and other team members. Assisting with opening and closing duties. Following all food-safety, cleanliness, and customer-service standards.
