Position Overview:

We are hiring a friendly and energetic part-time Cashier and Counter Staff member to join our front-of-house team in Orange. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a family-oriented team. Bilingual Required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately (in-person and by phone) Operate the cash register and process payments. (Clover, Toast, POS Experience a plus) Answer menu questions and make recommendations Assemble and package orders with attention to detail Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and restrooms Restock supplies, including napkins, utensils, and condiments Assist with basic food prep (washing cilantro, making chip bags, filling condiments) Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally Work as part of a team during busy periods

Requirements:

Bilingual Required (English/Spanish) Part-time, open to full-time in the future. Flexible to work morning, evening, nights and weekend time slots. Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling Reliable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods Food Handler's Certificate preferred but not required to apply Fast casual, retail, or restaurant experience required.
