Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Front of House Associate / Cashier to join our team. You will be the face of our bakery, greeting guests, managing the register, and ensuring our bakery cases are beautifully presented. -Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product selections, and take accurate orders.
- Operate the POS system, process cash/credit transactions, and manage receipts.
- Package, box, and label breads, pastries, and custom orders securely.
- Keep display cases, retail shelves, and dining areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Complete opening and closing checklists, including station sanitation and restock. -Qualifications
- Friendly personality with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills (bilingual skills are a plus).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
- Previous retail, café, or food service experience is a plus; on-the-job training is provided.
