• Spanish speaking is a plus Summary As a Cashier/Sales representative, you will support daily store operations by handling cash transactions, assisting customers, and driving sales.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll ensure accurate checkout processes, stock replenishment, and friendly, knowledgeable service. You will leverage core skills in retail sales, cashiering, customer service, and basic math to process transactions, manage the cash drawer, and maintain a clean, organized checkout area. Premium skills in POS usage, upselling, and bilingual communication will help maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven retail experience with cashiering and customer service Strong basic math, POS/cash register operations, and cash drawer handling Stocking and shelf replenishment, retail sales transactions, and upselling Excellent communication and phone etiquette; bilingual abilities a plus Ability to manage retail transactions accurately and provide friendly, efficient service Basic product knowledge and willingness to perform product demos as needed Retail store experience with familiarity in upselling and cash handling procedures Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with product selection, answering questions and offering recommendations. Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle cash drawer, and balance at shift end. Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and ensure accurate product placement and pricing. Upsell and promote promotions; perform basic math for totals, discounts, and change. Maintain clean, organized sales floor and provide excellent customer service with bilingual capabilities if applicable. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
