Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity. Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and assist with product demos when needed. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies such as bags and receipt paper. Upsell relevant products or promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone etiquette or in person. Requirements Previous cashiering experience in restaurant is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends.
