Job Description - Cashier Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude Previous cashier or restaurant experience preferred filling sauces when empty Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone Check and bag orders, ensuring all items are correctly included Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments; give correct change and receipts Deliver orders to tables promptly and courteously Assist line cooks with small items (e.g., hummus, soup, sauces, etc.) Manage 3rd-party delivery tablets (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) Maintain front-of-house (FOH) cleanliness and organization: clean tables, stock drink cooler, sweep, refill napkins and utensils, etc. Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and upsell menu items Handle customer concerns politely and escalate to manager when needed Provide excellent customer service while ensuring quality control remains our top priority Requirements & Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Reliable, punctual, and a team player Previous cashier or food service experience preferred but not required
