We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Food Service Crew Member to join Sweetcanes Sugarcane Juicery at the Fremont Farmers Market. At Sweetcanes, we serve freshly pressed sugarcane juice blended with real fruit—100% natural with no added sugar or preservatives. We're passionate about delivering an unforgettable customer experience while serving fresh, high-quality drinks. As one of our crew members, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer service, food service, business operations, and teamwork while helping us continue to grow throughout the Bay Area. What You'll Do Prepare fresh sugarcane juice using our commercial juicing equipment Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service Take orders and process payments accurately using our POS system Recommend menu items and offer product samples Call completed orders and ensure customers receive their drinks quickly Keep the booth, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Help set up and break down the booth each shift Restock supplies and assist with inventory Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and dependable Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized Willing to learn and take initiative Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
