Cashier We're looking for a Cashier to support the customer experience while keeping transactions accurate, efficient, and professional. You'll handle payments, assist customers with routine questions, maintain transaction records, and help ensure the checkout process runs smoothly throughout the day. This role would suit someone who is dependable, comfortable working with people, and takes pride in getting the details right.

A typical week could involve:

Process customer purchases and payments accurately Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems Accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods Provide customers with receipts and transaction information Answer routine questions and direct customers to the appropriate team when needed Check prices, discounts, and transaction details Balance and maintain accurate cash-handling records Assist with opening and closing cashier procedures Keep the checkout and surrounding customer areas organized Resolve straightforward transaction issues professionally Communicate with colleagues when additional customer support is required Follow company procedures for payments, refunds, exchanges, and customer information Monday to Friday The position is full-time and on-site in Santa Ana, CA. You'll work as part of the wider team, with training provided on the company's point-of-sale systems, payment procedures, and customer service processes.

Santa Ana, CA Previous experience in retail, cashiering, customer service, hospitality, sales, reception, administration, or another customer-facing role is helpful. We're looking for someone who is accurate, dependable, comfortable handling transactions, and able to communicate professionally with customers. Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures are important. Experience using POS systems, handling payments, processing transactions, or maintaining sales records is a plus. Training will be provided on company systems, procedures, and responsibilities.
