This position involves providing excellent customer service, taking customer orders, operating the cash register, assisting with food preparation, and helping keep the restaurant clean and organized. Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take dine-in, takeout, delivery, and phone orders accurately.
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments.
- Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items following restaurant standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation and help the kitchen as needed.
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and kitchen clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and help maintain inventory during shifts.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently during busy periods and support other team members. Requirements
- Previous restaurant or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
