Responsibilities Lead and supervise cashier staff during your shift, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including balancing tills, processing transactions, and reconciling cash at the end of each shift. Oversee guest interactions to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and promote a welcoming environment. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth event management and guest services during busy periods or special events. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and cash reconciliation records to ensure transparency and accountability. Assist in training new team members on customer service standards, cash handling protocols, and safety procedures. Support management in supervising overall shift activities, including opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and compliance with operational policies. Experience Proven supervising or leadership experience within a customer-focused environment such as restaurants, resorts, or nightclubs. Strong background in cash handling, report writing, and managing shift operations effectively. Experience in events management or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment. Excellent customer service skills with a knack for guest engagement and problem resolution. Prior assistant manager experience or roles involving management responsibilities are advantageous. Familiarity with restaurant operations enhances your ability to excel in this role.
